Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from when you received the order.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation issue. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

If you want to return the goods, you can do so within 5 days of receiving the product, for this you will be charged a minimal fee of ₹10, if done within 5 days of receiving the order, but if you issue the return of an order after 5 days ,the issue will be considered invalid.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 7 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to deteriorated quality or damaged packaging and were used after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, ineligible for return due to having been issued for return after the given return date.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We ourselves will come to your shipping address to pick up a return order ,if your return is issued before 5 days.
